Azilis tailors "dream teams" for business tasks. Some tasks come from Azilis itself, while some come from the advisors seeking partners for a project - everyone contributes, making it a "two-way street."

WALK THE TALK
Many of us at Azilis have many years of experience in the green transition. It easily amounts to 20 and 25 years. Therefore, we are also quite tired of superficial chatter, meaningless certificates, and fancy reports that stay in the drawer.
We want to see action. That's why we make an effort to live by the advice we give others.
TOURCHBEARING
Communication in the green transition has been hesitant and confused. This also means that many people don't know what it's all about. When they encounter a raised finger, it often leads to a feeling of powerlessness. This feeling of powerlessness can turn into anger and create a gap between the mission we are on and where we find people. We want to lead the way with a torch instead of pointing fingers. We believe that the power of example is the strongest.
KNOWLEGDE AS A SCARCE RESOURCE
When, as a teacher, you meet people and get the trusted role of contributing with new knowledge on their journey, it often turns out that very few have no or inadequate action based on bad intentions. It's more a case of not having received enough knowledge or information to relate to the subject, which then becomes easier to dismiss.
Therefore, we use active knowledge as a lever to move us from standstill to action.
MEET OUR FOUNDER AND CEO

Cecilie started her journey with an interest in sustainability back in the 90s and Circular Economy (CE) in 2002, where she, with her specialization at CBS, focused on how CE affected business development (including with LEGO, IKEA, Mærsk Line, Grundfos, and Novozymes) when they pioneered the development in CE with, among other things, Cradle to Cradle certifications.
Since then, Cecilie has developed her professional knowledge through learning programs in places like Eindhoven, Chicago, and Paris. Cecilie actively follows research results and contributes to innovation in the field - most recently with a MUDP project in collaboration with, among others, DTU Construct. She has experience in the practical establishment and operation of companies within, among other things, IT/CRM, Social Economy, Auditing/Administration, Health Consulting, and Cleantech focusing on air, water, and soil purification - and Cecilie gives lectures and idea seminars, as well as sits on boards/advisory boards and various juries in entrepreneurship competitions. When she's not there, you can also find her in the green research network or as an external lecturer at SDU.
